Energy Tools:
In this virtual/in-person eight week class, I offer tools that you can use to center yourself and manage incoming and outgoing energy. Grow your intuition while learning to ground, clear, and heal your energetic space. Connect to the energies of the earth and the cosmos as a way to support your spirit and your body. Find out how to kick everyone else’s energy out and to call in the energy you want with clear energetic boundaries.
You will also learn to care for the physical space around you. Work? Home? The bus? That creepy ally down the block!?! Ground them all!
We will tap into the support of the Universe through guides, angels and masters–find out who’s on your team!!!
We will spend some time in discussion and we will also work to challenge these tools in such a way that you can truly make them your own. This toolkit is great for your own daily practice and for use in the world at large-especially if you work with people on a regular basis! Step into a greater level of self-authority and confidence and have fun doing it!
This is our first opportunity for an in-person class in FOREVER. I am excited to see you in person and virtually!

All classes will be recorded and emailed out weekly with written notes to accompany them.
